In the cosplay world, hand made beats Amazon. (Okay, that might apply anywhere.)

A big part of the fun of cosplay is in the creation. Finding ways to make what you see on the screen or the page come to life. EVA foam and 3-D printing are tools of the trade – as well as sewing skills and improvision. Flexibility and creative problem solving will be your best friends.

Beware, your house might end up looking like this!
